About

Craig Stanley.

I help organisations get more from their investment in Microsoft technologies — by solving real business problems with Copilot, agents, Microsoft 365, skills and change that people will actually do.

Who I am: a Microsoft consultant focused on AI that reaches production. What I do: strategy and governance that can survive audit, cost that can survive finance, adoption that can survive a busy Tuesday, and patterns worth shipping.

Where I have worked: across large Microsoft 365 and Copilot programmes — SharePoint and information architecture on one side; licensing, readiness and agent guardrails on the other. The through-line is clarity. A tool nobody understands the boundaries of does not get adopted. It gets quietly avoided.

How I help

  1. Decide what it is for. Named workflows, named people, a measure that existed before the project started.
  2. Set the guardrails first. Labelling, permissions and cost visibility before rollout.
  3. Build the learning, not the deck. Short units tied to real tasks.
  4. Measure the thing you said you would. Including when it did not move.
