New pages, corrections and fixes, newest first. When Microsoft changes something an article relies on, the fix is listed here with the date.
New: About me, on who writes the site, what I'm learning and how the site is made, including which parts use AI.
New: Privacy. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics; the page explains what your browser stores and what the host sees.
New: this page, listing what's changed on the site.
New: the State of Microsoft 365 AI, a weekly comparison of the Microsoft 365 public roadmap for Copilot and agents: what's new, what moved and what shipped.

Articles with outside sources now show the date they were last checked against those sources.
The podcast page has one player and lists every episode by section, so it loads much faster. Transcripts open as text files.
The AI trolley problems no longer jump as the game loads on a phone.
Fonts now load from this site instead of Google, so pages are quicker and no visitor details go to Google.
Every article from 11 October, plus Why I write this site and Microsoft-Decision-1: a first look, now has an audio summary, an infographic and a podcast episode. The podcast has 92 episodes.
Corrected: Microsoft now sets a minimum spending limit of 2,000 Copilot Credits per person a month (usage-based billing page, updated 13 October 2026). Spending policies for Cowork explains the minimum, and its worked example's limit went from 40,000 to 50,000 credits.
Weekly check: every outside source on the site was re-checked against Microsoft's current pages, including the UK Copilot price, Microsoft-Decision-1's price and the release dates. Nothing else had changed.
60 new articles, so every collection now has at least two. Each one explains a single idea three ways, with a worked example and its sources.
New: Microsoft-Decision-1: a first look, built from Microsoft's own announcement and documentation.
Corrected: the Copilot guide said Copilot "will find everything" in a badly permissioned tenant. Copilot only shows people what they can already open, so the real risk is oversharing.
Corrected: the Copilot guide's FAQ and calculator now agree (about 20 minutes a week per active user, or about 12 if everyone uses it).
Every article now shows when it was published and last updated, and every page has a share image.
New: audio summaries, infographics and a podcast, Decide in the open.
The site launched with six sections, each written three ways: like I'm 5, like I'm 15 and for professionals.
